Unparalleled speed

The latest integrated joint enhances the joint speed to 223°/s, which is the highest in the industry. This improvement allows for a wider range of application scenarios and boosts the production cycle time of common tasks like material handling by 25%. Fast response

The EtherCAT bus is utilized by the joint servo, providing a vast bandwidth of hundreds of megabits and a joint response speed in the millisecond range. This remarkable combination greatly enhances the robot's movement speed and trajectory smoothness, enabling it to efficiently carry out a wide range of tasks.

Accurate positioning

Each robot is precisely calibrated with a laser calibration system, ensuring an absolute positioning accuracy of under 0.4 mm. Multiple safety measures to mitigate production risks

20+ safety functions

Our robots utilize a stand-alone safety controller that is PLd Cat.3 rated,
feature 20+ safety functions, and CRA has been certified with ISO 13849-1,
ISO 10218-1, and ISO/TS 15066. With proper risk assessement,
CRA can collaborate with humans without the need for additional fencing
and ensure production safety.

Customizable safety strategies

CRA provides virtual fencing and state-of-the-art non-contact skin protection, enabling users to devise safety measures tailored to their unique production settings. This ensures optimal safety at every stage of the production process.

Electromagnetic brake

In the event of an unexpected power outage, the robot swiftly engages its electromagnetic brake within 18 ms and ensures position retention within 1 mm,
safeguarding against equipment or product damage.

Plenty of standard interfaces to reduce application costs

Our robots have an increased number of 24 DI and DO interfaces, supporting both PNP and NPN switching. They are also configured with more than 30 functions for robot control and status feedback, providing convenience and flexibility for seamless integration and control in the industrial automation field. Additionally, our robots come equipped with standard communication methods like Modbus TCP/RTU, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and others. This guarantees effortless integration with popular PLCs, HMIs, and other devices, eliminating worries about communication protocol compatibility and enabling more efficient and streamlined device integration and configuration.
